Great location walking distance around 10 minutes to soul Mubarikiya, get KPTC bus from airport bus drops you at Malliya bus stop then walk few minutes to hotel Clean room and toilet all toiletries provided, kettle and fridge in room All staff friendly , lady receptionist was polite and helpful . Daily room service for cleaning if you require it. Hotel central get busses around from Malliya bus stop or taxis to get around .or walk Lots of eating places around including burger king !

Great accommodation. The hostess at the reception is very kind and accommodative has excellent customer service skills. The hotel will hear all your requests and will try fulfilling as much as they can. Even the support staff is amazing and full of kindness. Overall an excellent stay with a great location and amazing staff.

Carlton Tower is the best value for money in Kuwait for a hotel. It may be older than most but it’s kept clean and has comfy beds which is my main priority.

Narin Mohammed, who managed the parking situation and was in charge of the bellboys was amazing: he was very funny to talk with, as well as supportive. He added a personal touch to my stay.

- The location of the hotel was good. It was easy to walk everywhere. - My room was big enough. It was very quiet. The room temperature was just brilliant. And the bed was really comfortable. I even liked the view from the window. - The wifi worked well. - The breakfast was sufficient.

Great location. I was 10 minutes away by taxi from the towers, 14 mins or less from the Mirror House, a must see in Kuwait. Bus stop very near. Atm, banks, restaurants, coffe shop, and cafes. My first night l just stay walking around the area. There is also a tipical food restaurant like 3 minutes away, actually close to Tim Horton. Very quiet area to sleep, sea view. Comfortable bed. I can go back to this hotel again. Very and great price. Near the beach. I am glad l stayed here.

I've been staying at Carlton Towers Hotel many times for many years now and the hotel has improved year by year. Great location for my business needs, welcoming persons at the reception and everything worked as expected in the room. The furniture in the room is dated, but I like it as it reminds me of my first trips to Kuwait many years ago. The overall ambience takes me back to my early days of international business. Thank you for another successful stay!

very supportive and professional staff. Reception team is excellent I lost my phone, they found it on the room. They kept it safe until It was coexted.
