An exceptional experience at the Carlton Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and hospitality that made me feel at home. Mr. Ishtaq went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring a seamless check-in and addressing every need to make my stay comfortable, while Miss Wafaa impressed me with her attention to detail—from room arrangements to promptly fulfilling any request. Its friendly atmosphere and service that exceeds expectations. Every team member—from reception to housekeeping—worked tirelessly to ensure my comfort. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with modern amenities, and the breakfast offered a delicious, varied spread.

Before arrival it was easy to communicate and arrange an airport shuttle. We even had to change within 12 hours of arrival. We were met at the airport. They allowed us to check in early and also check out late at no extra cost. We were upgraded to a sea view room, which was a lovely surprise. The bed was very comfortable. Small table with chairs to look out over the sea. Great wifi. Everything was clean and in good condition. Netflix on TV. Breakfast was amazing - cereal/porridge, hot selections including samosas, curries, eggs, meat patty and more, bread, cake, pastries, fruit, dips, salad. Brewed coffee. We were very happy. The location was ideal, near the corniche and old souk. We chose the spot for the National Museum, but unfortunately it was close. We were able to catch the number 13 bus back to the airport for half a dinar for two of us, less than 2USD. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was large, comfortable and clean, I was upgraded to a room with a sea view at no extra charge, the breakfast buffet was good and the view from the eleventh floor dining room was impressive, I think the property was good value for Kuwait City, the staff were always friendly and helpful and arranged a ride to the airport for me. The hotel is right in the heart of the city.

I was lucky because I have one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was clean and well-maintained. My colleague was not that lucky, with an older, tired room that didn't feel as clean. The staff at reception at every shift were excellent and helpful. There is a Korean restaurant in the hotel that is really good.

I had a pleasant stay at Carlton Tower Hotel Kuwait. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short visit. The location is very central, close to markets, restaurants, and the seafront. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The hotel offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for something simple and convenient in the heart of Kuwait City.

Great accommodation. The hostess at the reception is very kind and accommodative has excellent customer service skills. The hotel will hear all your requests and will try fulfilling as much as they can. Even the support staff is amazing and full of kindness. Overall an excellent stay with a great location and amazing staff.

Great location walking distance around 10 minutes to soul Mubarikiya, get KPTC bus from airport bus drops you at Malliya bus stop then walk few minutes to hotel Clean room and toilet all toiletries provided, kettle and fridge in room All staff friendly , lady receptionist was polite and helpful . Daily room service for cleaning if you require it. Hotel central get busses around from Malliya bus stop or taxis to get around .or walk Lots of eating places around including burger king !

Excellent location. All the major attractions of Kuwait city were in walking distance. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of varieties. Staff was really friendly, helpful and they tried to make our stay unforgettable. Strongly recommend.

Naleem, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful, friendly, & cheerful. I had many heavy bags & he rushed to assist me with them. He also took time to chat with me & assist me with other things like where to exchanges money & so on. Great hotel & great staff.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are large, clean and well-equipped, with a great view through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything. The location is good, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. It's great value for money and I will definitely come again.
